Simple websites that are around 5 pages or less than 1 month, while robust websites such as e-commerce may take 1-2 months for completion, depending on the complexity of information.
Branding:
Single logo files take around 2-3 to complete after initial project briefing, while comprehensive branding projects take around 3-4 weeks to complete.
Marketing:
Meta and Google ads typically take about 2 weeks to connect/set up ad profiles and then launch the ads.
Yes, we do rush orders, but requires an additional 25% monthly fee to move your project to the top of the list.
Yes! For ongoing subscriptions that don’t have a timeframe attached, we truly mean it that you can cancel at any time. For subscriptions that have a timeframe attached to the project, you must fulfill the payments for that timeframe. If you cancel your subscription however before you receive final delivery of work, then you unfortunately will not receive the files.
For the most part, no, there are no contacts. However, if there was an additional services you subscribed to that requires a set payment plan within a specified timeframe, then that timeframe of payments must be completed.Â
We do Meta (Instagram + Facebook), Google (Search), LinkedIn, and YouTube platforms for digital ads.
We primarily use WordPress and Shopify to build custom websites, but can build websites in platforms such as Squarespace for clients to own and manage on their own after completion.Â
Branding:
We both do. You own the copyrights to the finalized work that is handed off to you for whatever use you’d like, but we also reserve the right to showcase and advertise this work as the creators of the work.
Web Design:
For the Website Basic subscription, we own and host the website, and you will have access to use it/change it for as long as your subscription is active.
For the Website Pro subscription, you will have full ownership and handoff of all website files/hosting even if the subscription is cancelled. We will host and manage the website up until the subscription is cancelled, then we will hand off all hosting/website information for you to have and manage.
Marketing:
Both. You own everything primary copyrights to the work, but we reserve the right to showcase and advertise this work on our behalf.
As part of the setup process, you will grant our accounts temporary “partner” access into your Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and YouTube accounts to run active campaigns, in which we will do so for as long as your subscription is active, but you own the accounts, the campaigns, and assets (creative content used).Â
No, we do not do organic social media content. In short, organic content is great for longterm brand building, but can take a long time for any payoff, and can be very difficult to do well without having an in-house content creator in your business. And we are in the business of boosting your business in the short term to have effective growth, and so that’s what we focus on.
No, we do not guarantee specific results or data points due to every business operating in different conditions: broad vs narrow niche, physical product vs service, low budget vs high budget, top of funnel vs bottom of funnel objectives, etc.
What we do guarantee though is our quality of work that will position your business to succeed, but the rest will be up to you and how you run your business.
If we do not actually deliver on what you paid for, then yes, we will give a full refund. If we deliver what you paid for, and for some reason afterwards you want to cancel your subscription, you cannot be refunded for what we delivered on, and will not charge you any further subscription fees.Â
