Yes! For ongoing subscriptions that don’t have a timeframe attached, we truly mean it that you can cancel at any time. For subscriptions that have a timeframe attached to the project, you must fulfill the payments for that timeframe. If you cancel your subscription however before you receive final delivery of work, then you unfortunately will not receive the files.
For the most part, no, there are no contacts. However, if there was an additional services you subscribed to that requires a set payment plan within a specified timeframe, then that timeframe of payments must be completed.Â

We both do. You own the copyrights to the finalized work that is handed off to you for whatever use you’d like, but we also reserve the right to showcase and advertise this work as the creators of the work.

If we do not actually deliver on what you paid for, then yes, we will give a full refund. If we deliver what you paid for, and for some reason afterwards you want to cancel your subscription, you cannot be refunded for what we delivered on, and will not charge you any further subscription fees.Â
