Yes! For ongoing subscriptions that don’t have a timeframe attached, we truly mean it that you can cancel at any time. For subscriptions that have a timeframe attached to the project, you must fulfill the payments for that timeframe. If you cancel your subscription however before you receive final delivery of work, then you unfortunately will not receive the files.
For the most part, no, there are no contacts. However, if there was an additional services you subscribed to that requires a set payment plan within a specified timeframe, then that timeframe of payments must be completed.Â
For the Website Basic subscription, we own and host the website, and you will have access to use it/change it for as long as your subscription is active.
For the Website Pro subscription, you will have full ownership and handoff of all website files/hosting even if the subscription is cancelled. We will host and manage the website up until the subscription is cancelled, then we will hand off all hosting/website information for you to have and manage.
We primarily use WordPress and Shopify to build custom websites, but can build websites in platforms such as Squarespace for clients to own and manage on their own after completion.Â
No, we do not guarantee specific results or data points due to every business operating in different conditions: broad vs narrow niche, physical product vs service, low budget vs high budget, top of funnel vs bottom of funnel objectives, etc.
What we do guarantee though is our quality of work that will position your business to succeed, but the rest will be up to you and how you run your business.
If we do not actually deliver on what you paid for, then yes, we will give a full refund. If we deliver what you paid for, and for some reason afterwards you want to cancel your subscription, you cannot be refunded for what we delivered on, and will not charge you any further subscription fees.Â
